Steps To Moving Forward

For anyone going through a difficult time, I want to pass on the list of ten steps that I “COPY and PASTE” from my lovely book...CHIKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL... Ten steps to moving forward... 1) Cry, Yell and Grieve (Menangis/teriak) 2) Talk when you are ready (Berkongsi dengan seseorang bila anda betul-betul bersedia) 3) Escape When you need to 4) Start Small 5) Find you muse (Looking for own Inspiration eg.music or nature) 6) Reach Out ( Interaction is an important thing in any person’s life) 7) Channel Your nervous Energy 8) Help Someone Else (Plain and simple, it feels good to help someone else out) 9) Focus On The Good Things 10) Take One Day At A Time No matter what your are going through...that you will get through. No matter how hard it seems in that moment, time will move you forward against you will Take care everyone..
