Wah Indahnya negeri ku...Sabah

Baru-baru ini saya turut serta dengan lawatan sambil belajar Jabatan saya ke Dairy Farm, Kundasang Sabah. Ladang tenusu lembu yang di buka pada tahun 1980 lagi di usahakan oleh Desa Cattle (s) Sdn Bhd dan dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh Kerajaan Negeri Sabah. Kedudukannya juga tidak terlalu jauh dari pekan kundasang dan memakan masa kurang dari 30 minit untuk sampai ke sana .

Kawasan ini berkeluasan lebih kurang 199 Hektar dengan baka lembu jenis Fresian yang diimport dari New Zealand dan Australia. Menurut sumber terdapat lebih kurang 680 ekor lembu tetapi setakat ini 220 yang boleh mengeluarkan susu.
Sebagai info lembu betina yang diternak disini adalah untuk mendapatkan susu dan dipasarkan setakat ini Cuma di Seluruh Negeri Sabah dan beberapa kawasan Sarawak sahaja memandangkan jangka hayat bagi susu yang telah diproses dan dikotakkan Cuma mampu bertahan dalam masa 10 hari,jadi cuba bayangkan...kena minum cepat kan..memang sangat sedap dan segar...kena cuba sendiri..
Dan bagi lembu jantan pula, bagi yang tidak diperlukan untuk mengawan ia akan dihantar ke ladang ternak di Lokawi, Kota Kinabalu untuk diternak menjadi daging segar untuk diexport ke seluruh Negara.

Berada disini seperti berasa diluar Negara kerana keadaan yang agak sejuk, nyaman dengan alam sekeliling yang agak menarik. Rumput-rumput yang ditanam juga menarik mata memandang, keadaan yang tenang harus dinikmati disini ala-ala New Zealand gitu..

Pengalaman yang paling indah juga bila kami berpeluang melihat susu lembu diperah menggunakkan mesin mekanikal untuk memerah susu yang dilakukan setiap hari jam 3.00 petang. Sungguh bersopan lembu-lembu itu berbaris ketika proses pemerahan dan sabar menunggu giliran.

Untuk pengetahuan juga yuran masuk ke sini dikenakan RM3.00 seorang dan dibuka setiap hari dari jam 7.30 pagi hingga ke 5.00 petang, tapi rombongan kami masuk FREE je..disamping dapat minum susu free yang disediakan khas untuk kami( kena write in dulu lah dan berhubung dengan phak pengurusan) . Susu segar kotak juga dijual dengan harga yang jauh lebih murah jika dibandingkan dipasaran. So agak ramai staff yang memborong untuk dibawa pulang ke rumah.
Lastly, kepada sesiapa yang berhajat untuk melancong ke New Zealand...datang ke Dairy Farm , Kundasang je....

Kuala terengganu saya datang lagi!!!

I had been to Kuala Terengganu 6 years ago for Induksi at Sutera Beach Resort and now i came back...yeayyy Having a nice and tried journey by road from Shah Alam to Kuala Terengganu with my mum and bro. Recently, Drove almost 9 hours, with stop a few place, passed Pahang with total cost of TOL around RM68.60 return. The place I go in Terengganu:- 1) Passed by Rantau Abang 2) Sultan Mizan Stadium 3) Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) 4) UNiza (Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin) 5) Uitm campus Cendering, Kuala Terengganu 6) I saw Masjid Cristal 7) Pasar Payang (MUST GO) 8) A few beach ( not sure the name) The town of Kuala Terengganu being so quite Friday and Saturday because it is public holiday. The one and only mall i saw is mydin.. The food...of course ate nasi kandar and lekor...

When You miss someone in you life...

There are moments in life. When you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them up from your mind and hug them... Sometimes missing a person can have little or nothing at all to do with love. I agree that missing a person can be based solely on habit and on convenience. It's programmed into your head that this person is a part of your regular routine. you can miss someone but that doesn't automatically translate into "love". It's like that old saying, "If you have to ask you can't afford it"...well in this case, with love, "If you have to ask, you haven't felt it". A person will just know when they are in love with someone. I miss a lot of people, for a lot of reasons ( specially who concern, care of me during my very hard time before, during my health problem stress me out, sure friend I never forgot all of you till end of my life) I miss goofing around, or the great chats, or the quiet comfort, or whatever else. Missing someone just means that you miss something about how they affect your life in whatever way they do. When change is involved, then it's easier to miss something or someone because yea, you were used to this and that being done such and such a way (or time) and now it's diminished or gone altogether. What you miss then is routine. But no, missing someone doesn't mean that you love him/her it FACT. P/s...missing all the great friend of me..

Happy Good Friday to Family Christian..

Good Friday is the Friday immediately preceding Easter Sunday.
For Sabah and Sarawak its a public holiday.
It is celebrated traditionally as the day on which Jesus was crucified.
Why is Good Friday referred to as “good”? What the Jewish authorities and Romans did to Jesus was definitely not good (see Matthew chapters 26-27). However, the results of Christ’s death are very good! Romans 5:8; “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” First Peter 3:18 tells us, “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit.”

Many Christian churches celebrate Good Friday with a subdued service, usually in the evening, in which Christ’s death is remembered with solemn hymns, prayers of thanksgiving, a message centered on Christ suffering for our sakes, and observance of the Lord's Supper. Whether or not Christians choose to “celebrate” Good Friday, the events of that day should be ever on our minds because the death of Christ on the cross is the paramount event of the Christian faith.

Just Welcoming APRIL 2012 and goodbye to MARCH 2012

How time flies so fast, March 2012 going to the end today for this year hua hua, that means ¼ for this year already finished.
Anyway , I thank you GOD to make my life so wonderful, meaningful and also colourful :), I cannot ask more except hope for better in health, carry on duties life as a government staff and I would like to do anything that make me happy.
So main plan I want to do for this year but due to unsuitable circumstances will hold for next year specially going to holiday yea really to relax mind after many things happened in my life and family.
Just, Welcoming for APRIL 2012 with hope of full of surprise in life because i know miracle will happen in everyway with it owm way. GOD BLESS

MY NEW SOUL

Taking with my new MEDS

After being used the last five month for my “ Humira” , injection every two weeks, unluckily the progress not so good, recently my ankle and wrist give a lot problem to me specially during morning time, that means again and again my new meds for control the disease RA can classified as FAILED...
Then now, my doctor change to my new meds call ‘ Entercept’ that is my new soul, this time have to inject once in weeks, in the first round I am feel down, yup nervous of course to see the needle but Do I have choice?
I need this to continue my life and then to control my disease as well and preventing my joint for early damage.
Now, seems that I am familiar with this task, my responsibility to take care for myself, reminding myself this is GOD plan for me and how HE helps me in HIS own way AMEN.

I just hope everything goes well soon, this meds work and suitable for me then I don’t need to keep changing my meds due to unsuitable meds, I really hope it for the last time. I am tried but what can I say this is my life.

Sekadar Perkongsian -INTAN SABAH

INTAN SABAH
Almost 2 tahun berlalu saya tidak mengikuti sebarang krusus kerana bercuti panjang.
By the way baru-baru ni saya berkesempatan untuk berkrusus di INTAN, Sabah yang bestnya saya stay di hostel. Walaupun jarak dari rumah tidaklah jauh mana seperti jarak ke office yang lebih jauh, tetapi saya mengambil keputusan untuk saja ingin merasai dan menginap di hostel yang disediakan dengan kata lain mahu berehat dan tidur sepuas-puasnya.
06-09 March 2012 yang baru lalu saya menghadiri krusus “Perkhidmatan kaunter yang berbudi bahasa Bil 1/2012” glad to be there, kandungan krusus agak menarik dan boleh dikatakan banyak membantu dalam kerja di pejabat yang ramai dan selalu berhadapan dengan orang luar yang berurusan rasmi dengan jabatan dengan barisan kaunter, banyak perkara baru yang saya belajar dan yang pasti ia sedikit sebanyak membuka minda saya untuk berkembang maklum sajalah berehat panjang sedikit sebanyak telah membuat fikiran saya lembab dan tertutup. Masa krusus dari 8 am sampai 4 pm ja so malam tak ada apa-apa program, sempat jugalah saya meminjam buku dari perpustakaan INTAN untuk mengisi masa lapang waktu malam.

Penginapan iaitu hostel INTAN agak istimewa juga, ala-ala hotel jugala. Saya ditempatkan di asrama yang diberi nama MESILAU dan kebetulan rakan sebilik saya adalah orang Sabah berasal dari Kota Belud tapi bertugas di Jabatan Akauntan Bintulu .
Bercerita soal makanan rasanya memang superlah,boleh tahan, sedap, selalunya sea food dihidangkan , ikan besar-besar dan segar. Bagi kakitangan kerajaan yang belum pernah datang ke INTAN Sabah,Sila datang kerana kamu pasti tidak akan menyesal mungkin Cuma lokasinya agak jauh sedikit dari bandar dan agak susah untuk keluar berjalan pada waktu siang dan malam tanpa bantuan kenderaan seperti teksi.
Sekain, sekadar perkongsian..

Apa Tahun Lompat

Well, Febuary going to end and today 29 Feb 2012, what is special it 29 only will come once in 4 years...it called tahun lompat...
Anyway ...Good bye feb, welcoming Mac...they are many things i want to do in my life..
FAKTA TAHUN LOMPAT
Tahun lompat merupakan tahun yang mengandungi lebih satu hari daripada tahun biasa bagi menyamakannya dengan tahun astronomi ataupun tahun yang bermusim. Peristiwa musim dan astronomi tidak mengulangkan diri pada bilangan hari yang sama. Oleh sebab itu, sekiranya terdapat suatu takwim yang mempunyai bilangan hari yang sama pada setiap tahun, hari ulang tahun akan berbeza daripada hari peristiwa yang ditandainya. Dengan penambahan satu hari, perbezaan di antaranya boleh dibetulkan.

Orang yang dilahirkan pada 29 Februari akan merayakan hari jadinya pada 28 Februari ataupun 1 Mac.Selamat Hari Jadi...

Wedding Yusry & Lisa Surihani

Inilah yang dikatakan jodoh dah sampai, sebelum dunia melupakan saya juga ingin berkongsi tentang hari bahagia artis kesayangan saya siapa lagi kalau bukan si jelita Lisa Surihani dan Yusry KRU.

Hakikatnya dari dahulu saya amat meminati Yusry, perceraiannya dengan artis jelita Erra Fazira pada ketika itu sekitar tahun 2006 sedikit sebanyak membuat saya agak terkilan dan sedih tapi apakan daya jodoh mereka tak panjang .
Well, secara peribadi saya turut bahagia atas perkhawinan Yusry yang kedua ini.
saya berharap dan berdoa mereka berdua bahagia hingga ke akhir hayat .

Our New Life Progress

Recalled back what was happend on 01 Disember 2011, is terrible things happened in our family life, our house burnt by the fire.
Now, after 2 1/1 month gone, we on progress to build up our new life that our sweet home, even it not same like before but we really hope the new house give us new strength, new hope on everything to carry on our daily life that i consider totally ruined by the fire.
Now our new house just only 50% was completed , THANK YOU GOD to make all this happened most especially to my parents and sibling who contribution on this project and who may concern helped us during our hard time before.
